Faster Construction, Better Results

L6 Building System's processes and technologies allow for the rapid and effective construction of residential, mid-rise, and commercial structures up to 6 stories, with most applications requiring no structural steel. Utilizing the most cutting edge technologies available in the construction industry, our approach to building is simply second to none.

Every structure is designed with the utmost efficiencies, utilizing full building information modeling(BIM). This process allows for the most efficient use of materials and labor as well as clash detection amongst trades.

Foundation components can be pre-cast in precision manufactured forms with 5000psi fiber reinforced concrete. Framing components, to include wall framing, floor trusses and roof trusses are manufactured from 50KSI cold form steel. All components are custom punched, notched and rolled at one of three manufacturing facilities on the East Coast, with final assembly of wall panels completed in Buffalo, New York. With a proprietary wall design, steel counts have been reduced over 30% compared to traditional "stick-framed' building design. All cold form construction within every structure is ICC-certified, meeting the most stringent building codes nationwide. Wall sections are framed, sheathed, pre-wired with electric, insulated and in many situations, sided prior to leaving the factory. Once on site, a factory trained installation team of 4, can install 5,000 square feet of building in one 8 hour shift.

The core of the building process is panelization and pre-fabrication of entire assemblies in a factory-controlled environment, on state of the art manufacturing equipment. Everything in between the foundation and roof system can be pre-fabricated if the project so warrants.

Complete engineering to include a full permit set of drawings is included with every project.

Eliminate weather delays, cost over runs, and the shortages plaguing the construction industry.
